- [ ] Active Work Hours: What are the active work hours for this position?
- [ ] Available Hours: What are the hours I need to be available? (to answer questions, assist clients, etc)
- [ ] Overtime: Is there any overtime required for this position? And if so, what is the policy?
- [ ] Emergencies: In the case of an emergency, what is the best way to handle/communicate this?
- [ ] Time Off Policy: What is the policy in the case I need time off during my probationary period?
- [ ] Day-to-Day Communication: What frequency of communication is expected of me on a day-to-day?
- [ ] Evaluations: Will there be performance evaluations? And how often?
- [ ] Success Metrics: What does success look like for my position? Are there any specific metrics that will measure this success?
- [ ] Training: Are there professional development/training opportunities? For ex. If I want to take a course, will the company cover this, or provide a training stipend?
- [ ] Vacation Days: What is the policy around vacation days, time off and holidays?
- [ ] Sick Leave: In the case I get sick, what is the policy around this?
- [ ] Termination/Notice Period: What are the termination conditions (notice period) during my trial period and beyond that?
- [ ] Supervisor: Who will I be reporting to?
- [ ] Communication Best Practices: What are the communication best practices within your organization (for calls, discussions, questions, interactions). What are the tools and methods used? What are the expectations around good communication?
